Universal income is actually not because of ai. It's due to inflation and corporations. There isn't enough money and the value decreases as there's more created for the deficit. The world is in debt, not just America. Corporations suck more and more money and return less so our economy is crashing quite literally. So the basic income probably isn't even mainly because of ai. Maybe with AI and robots our hospitals will get better oh wait, they can't because of capitalism. This place has been sold out and is no longer the land of the free or home of the brave. It's been twisted and keeps twisting. Eventually the corks are gonna pop and we aren't the ones drinking champagne, the ones who can afford it will. Congratulations, America has almost been sucked dry.
