AI can be a big help to doctors. Since our medical profession has gotten so specialized, it is easy for a doctor to miss the true cause of a symptom because it is outside their specialty. AI can take the symptoms and use them to cross check across specialties to help identify the true causes. This will help doctors actually treat the cause instead of just managing the symptoms. Other than this, I am hard pressed to come up with a good use of AI. I did some AI programming back in the 1980's and saw this day coming. I was really hoping that it wouldn't arrive.
