People have been making predictions like this for decades. It is Sci-Fi rubbish. Let's not lose sight of the fact that AI companies are desperate to keep investment money flowing in. Despite all the talk about how AI will soon do this or that, these companies have yet to demonstrate they have a path to a sustainably profitable business model. I'm not saying AI doesn't have some real world potential. But there is also a HUGE amount of hype around this stuff.
