Not saying his indicators of model capability or future model capability is not possible, however working in Tech using some of these models, I have been unimpressed by how these models execute and have to constantly correct, re-direct or re-delegate. It is almost not worth my time using this and in essence training it for free. Applying to automated systems might make sense but not all work is simply automated. It bothers me this constant argument of replacement. The bottom line is system design, if someone wants to design or justify by replacement, they will. It doesn’t necessarily say the technology is actually better. If you want a dystopian society, these patterns will continue. If you want a progressive society, you will change the design. If you’re a leader in business, government or otherwise this is a choice. Tony Robbins warned a history where labor is washed out, that you will see violence. Stop acting like incentives are the only reason you should shift your approach.
