ngl i hate ai too but i still think as long as it's usefull to spark ideas in peoples mind i think it's ok for inspo, what i mean by that is if it's harder to find actual images because of that wall of ai images i think if any of those ai images work for them then it's ok And i agree that it's unusable for detailing but i'm just talking about basic shapes and stuff, it might be the pose of the character or the theme or the background.
