1) move to a 32 hour work week with no loss in pay
2) require large corporations to elect at least 45% of their board of directors
3) greatly increase profit sharing in nation's largest corporations (20 percent of stock minimum)
4) employee ownership
5) robot tax on large corporations and use that revenue to support workers harmed in this transition
