why with this evidential issue doesnt do anything to make AI generated images being banned/Prohibited or regulated its being used as for commercial purposes secretly by some artist as a tool to simulate that its "human made" just to get easy money, theres laws that protects artist rights and is ilegal to use artists sources without consent
