IM a software engineer for as long as Asian Dad. 2023 when I saw the power of chatGPT and I know it will get more powerful, explode in popularity soon and will replace me . Heck, this thing just runs on electricity and can do recursion. So I did not bother waiting, I gave up my office chair. I'm now blue collar worker and that will take 10 years before AI powered humanoid robots will replace me.
