No it is not, AI have same right to use books and more, you sold it to market so also ASI can read those , and it not copy paste your works. it use 15% as any human would do and can.
That is pure hypocrisy and what i see is greed of writers and novelist screaming "GIVE US MORE MONEYS" . You wont get more, especially one who scream loudest are failed writers who barerly sells. True writer write for themself , they are artist not cheap salesperson.
