Well, arguments resonate with me, except one thing, China regulations are not done with the concern of citizen, but as a threat to government authority. As the moment where CCP have a perception of having an AI that poses no threat to their governance, they would go full with it, it may be more detrimental on their citizens when that happens. A better example for regulations should be EU instead of China
