Artist can use A.I. that studied their own artwork. It's an exciting tool for an artist toolkit, you just have to learn how to work with it. You shouldn't steal and then resell other people's art, sure, but many people don't acknowledge that an artist can use it for their own ends. A favourite--no, my favourite artist learned to work with an A.I. program and was making some beautiful 3D projects. But if laws prohibit the sale of A.I. generated art, including A.I. that specifically only studied the artist's own artwork, this will derail plans and projects they are working on. This is very upsetting and unfair.
There's too much bias that an artist can't even use it when it's their own artwork they're using.
