You talk about ChatGPT's denial it had anything to do with that case as if it is trained to self-identify to the collective of all instances of all chats through ChatGPT website. It has little to do with how the models actually get implemented into the app. ChatGPT is not an entity, it's a brand, a frontend to the model.
