I'm sorry but the furthest this conversation got to was hire had it is that some people aren't nice and other people end up paying the price. Tale as old as time imo. Considering they compared to Hudson's Bay company, this is all through a lense of how the little guy has to work harder to even get a chance at winning.
I've been homeless, this is just lip service that didn't get anything solved.
It is one thing to notice negative tells in society, but without a prescription that works for everyone instead of just against the "upper-est class", it is just whingeing. Everyone smells the problem. No solutions.
