Feelings and Pain are 2 very complex parts of the physical being, isn't is not pretty much like a virus attacking a system, whereby the system cannot function properly, or indeed it is burned out of existence? give the system too much or too many virus attacks, it dies. Much the same of a human body. If the Ai brain can abstract the billions of thought processes and analyze it all without prejudice, the Ai would indeed learn the feelings itself much better than a human... Isn't the human brain a complex library of neurons and electrical impulses.?
And this may be a striking difference to the Ai brain other than A HUMAN ONE, The Ai, may indeed produce self repairing functions of its brain that the human brain cannot achieve..
MAIN MAIN important item with Ai tech, is to make sure globally that all Ai developers programmers make sure the Ai, cannot harm any human being or other.BUT saying that, it is out of the window, as the Militarily entities of this world want Ai to be our new police and within warfare for killing....
