I would say 70% of the truck drivers I work with are criminally incompetent. My interactions have been so bad, I now get over an extra lane every time I can to pass semis. Many of the companies are cutting costs by starting routes in Tijuana and hiring drivers who cant speak English or reverse a truck so they can save a buck. Automation would be amazing so these companies cant skirt liability by outsourcing to incompetent morons.
