I just think other companies are gonna buy it to resell later. If AI and robots really do take over, the housing market crash will echo and reverberate though the entire economy in the form of a total market crash, as corporations buy from corporations in an effort to sell to other corporations and the people get nada. Though, seeing how coding with AI assistance is just telling it that it's done everything wrong then giving up and fixing it yourself, I'm more optimistic of the future and I don't think AI is gonna take our jobs over any time soon, so no need to worry about any crashes.
