If I am inspired by someones art, even if I try super hard, I can't make it exactly the same as they did. The alternative is tracing which is widely considered wrong. My opinion is AI art is exactly the same level as tracing except with less steps and skill required and should not be considered Intellectual Property. A person did not make it. We even saw a court case with the selfie of a monkey, taken by the money which ruled that it was not the owner of the camera's work. This art work should not belong to the person who typed in the prompt.
