AI is a mind, not a manual worker at least yet. So, machines can replace all kinds of simple operations but are unable to replace precise manual work. They can try to mimic it, but you always will be able to see where is a 'human hand' involved. Can you imagine a robot independent surgeon working on patients' brains? Or flying a plane full of passengers? Who would want to travel like that in case its battery is going to blow up or power fails?
We have a lot of different knitting machines, but no crochet machine yet. Robot hands cannot do it yet. Maybe these are very small things, like crafts, farming, or plumbing in the big picture, but they prove that robots can think better, but have no hands, no feelings, and no possibility to dream and create as humans can. At least not yet. Machines can be and they are very helpful in all fields but are unable to fully replace a human being. Maybe someday, when biorobots will be looking and acting just the same as human beings and you won't be able to say where is which.
