I work in mental health and to be fair, a lot of people essentially use ChatGPT as their diary. What they are calling “signs of psychosis” and suicidality are very common thought patterns. Not saying it’s great that so many people are suicidal obviously, but pinning it on the technology misses the point. These are things people would put in a journal normally.
