Enough of this BBC nonsense. As an Indian deeply rooted in tech and farming, I usually disregard their views on India. But this takes the cake. Who funded this garbage? If the so-called 'A.I.' (and let's not forget the cringy Candid app plug in) is peeping from above through cameras, a farmer has a lifetime of hands-on experience and ancestral wisdom.
I'll entertain the idea if this 'A.I.' has a different observation method, but I'm not interested in a timelapse for my family WhatsApp groups. And don't get me started on the visibility from above; any guy who's watched a plant grow knows foliage obscures the view, not to mention bugs. Are you planning to laser them too, while I can already spot them with my naked eye the next day?
