5:15 The only reason there is a double standard is because people know that in music industry the big Music Labels like UMG, Sony, Warner etc.. would not hesitate to send lawyers and/or cease and desist letters through to the people who make these AI trained models (even if the database was available for free). Whereas targeting artists individually they may not have the means to go forth with hiring legal help. I really think the art industry DESPERATELY needs it's equivalent of "Music Labels" or an overarching authority that protects artists rights on huge global issues such as this AI revolution.
