not that im for replacing humans with AI, but if the employees webcam "isnt working", the employee is lying, even the cheapest webcam will work with no problems for years. and if it breaks getting it fixed one time wont be a problem for the employer.
and coming in to work hungover is not a human trait and more of a drinking problem and should not be accepted at work.
