Lets not forget that police reports now use ai to generate the police reports this includes arrest documents as well as the forms police are required to fill out when arresting someone as well as documents pertaining to fines/violations.
So now you can no longer trust even the arresting documents or fine documents submitted online because you don't know if that digital copy has been manipulated by ai or how much of a document is ai generated versus handwritten by law enforcement (state and federal agents).
So now I ask when does the US Supreme Court make laws regarding AI police reports as well as disclosure mandates that specifically call for required disclosures of when AI is used, how frequently its used, and mandatory requirements to disclose such information to the public as well as any accused individual? Finally there cannot be exceptions for police agencies nor for companies who provide data to law enforcement with AI statistics/data nor NDAs that exclude such information from deliberation when in courts.
