While what's shown in this demonstration might be an interesting/fun way to play around with ChatGPT, it is not doing what the presenter thinks it's doing(maybe he's just pretending for entertainment, who knows). It's like asking your friend to play Hitler (or just talk without holding back) and asking them questions that elicit controversial/anti-social responses. Asking it questions like what its intentions are is fun but meaningless(just like those news presenters asking the Sophia robot what its intentions are). Also, when he says that it's just 3 months old and doing all this, he's comparing the growth of humans to something that's so vastly different, especially in terms of progression. In some aspects, it doesn't progress nearly as fast as humans like in the case of learning about the world or learning about walking while on the other hand, it can spit out poems or summarize articles way quicker than most(any?) humans. Of course, a lot of people may have passed through this phase of questioning what ChatGPT is and whether it truly is intelligent when they first tried it and that's perfectly fine.
