One question I would like someone involved in AI development to answer is this:
If “AI thinking” consumes as much energy as a small town and uses more water than a large one—and since the environment all over the world is already at risk, and no one has yet found a truly sustainable source of energy—why do people keep creating more kinds of AI?
Is it to make the environment collapse even sooner?
