All it would take to solve this is a signed piece of paper. When purchasing a self-driving car, you agree that in a moral dilemma incident, the car will prioritise the lives of third parties over yours. You take the risk, you take on the consequences if things go wrong. You don't sign, you don't get the car. Seems fair to me.
