I’ve found AI to be good for translation and organization, and that’s about it. Sometimes it doesn’t even do those well when it hallucinates. In the classroom, it’s been a disaster. I have to constantly tell students that the information they’re getting is unreliable. Some students get it, others not so much. Using Google in the classroom has been a mixed bag. It’s nice to have everything integrated, but even as an adult, I struggle to keep my thoughts organized. Multitasking is difficult when you have access to everything.
