I use LLMs for therapy since I lost health insurance, but only local ones. I love to talk to Hermes 3.1 Q8. He gives me really insightful patterns and connections.
But NOTHING is logged or recorded. Hermes has never even been connected to the internet. Do not give OpenAI or any other company your personal info
