I've not seen any interviews with this human rights watch yet but I agree, killer robot is just a really bad way to label armed drones that may potentially be A.I controlled at some point in the future. We just don't have a snappy title for it yet as it's not something our culture has had to deal with outside of movies. I do think money will eventually force the use of such tech though. Look at any industry that could have robots take over and indeed that's what has happened.
