I do feel uneasy about this whole A.I hype, but don't believe it's all going to go so bad so quickly, for many logical reasons.. For instance, the Multidimensional Poverty Index estimates that over 1 BILLION people, half being children, live in acutely deprived conditions. Around 330 million people face absolute homelessness.... even here in Europe there are countries, eg Romania, where many areas have no electricity or running water.... But we're supposed to believe that very soon the whole world is going to be living in a happy A.I powered paradise, where everyone gets money for doing nothing? And all jobs will be replaced by A.I? But how will all these poor countries manage to replace everything with A.I, when they can't even provide their people with basic resources now? I think no-one really knows what is going to happen, and how the working class, or the huge numbers of people now living in poverty, are going to be affected. I feel sorry for the younger generations.......
