I am seeing this first-hand, working in tech recruitment. The number 1 skill I am being asked for is AI. The problem is that no one is helping people upskill. Building Pivotr to try and help as many professionals as possible and wrote a book called The Bold Move: Build Confidence and Reinvent Your Career in the Age of AI. More needs to be done to help people.
