The AI development competition is similar to the nuclear weapon competition, they are both unstoppable, and both will create a mutual balance threat. But here's a slight exception, the latter will ultimately and inevitably break by some kid in China. Just like the Covid-19, a small leak in technology will cause a chain reaction effect that only God could stop, if the whole thing wasn't initiated by god in the first place ;-)
