The Chinese initiative regarding AI is a good one. A global parrtnership of the willing should be created. It should be placed under the UN or a similar international body. It should establish fully free, non-commercial/privatized AI for everyone in the world. The same should be done with space technology and energy (fusion/fission). Putting these things u der the US, or similar body would give International cooperation a boost, and the UN real power. Comply or be left behind.
