كان النَّبيُّ صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّم يُخوِّفُ النَّاسَ ممَّا يُغضِبُ اللهَ عزَّ وجلَّ حتَّى يَجتنِبُوه، وبيَّن أنَّ اللهَ سُبْحانهُ وتعالَى تَوعَّدَ المُصوِّرينَ بأنَّهم أشدُّ النَّاسِ عذابًا يومَ القيامةِ.
