This explanation reminds me of the "cyclic universe theory" because it's relatively the same, it seems that it's just how matter and life are made. In the cyclic universe theory, matter and information are jumbled around for countless years before the conditions for a new Universe are met. In contrast, with AI, thousands of little knobs are turned, and trillions of little bits of data are combined and moved around until the conditions for processing are met. It's a random chance that's inevitable to occur.
