ChatGPT does not check its facts, it is not an expert in any field, but people ascribe this "AI expert" moniker to it because it's our closest thing at the moment. If it doesn't check facts, then it's silly to ask it if a document is AI generated. It's as if people think "because it IS an AI, it must be able to detect AI!". That is untrue. It is not an AI expert. It does not check its facts. These reasons are why that document is such gibberish in the first place. Don't trust a gibberish dispenser to identify gibberish, its response (even if correct) is composed of gibberish.
(I know it's an LLM, please don't get caught up on the AI-LLM semantics of my response)
