Honestly wouldn't mind if ai art was just banned, whenever i notice it i get really grossed out... and sometimes slightly nauseous? I'm not even an artist, I'm a maths nerd who hasn't drawn since i was 12. I know the technology has value but i don't want art of all things to become so soulless, ai is just not the same as real art. When I'm amazed at my creative friends for making really cool drawings or when i buy art someone made, i know lots of effort was put in to create something beautiful and that's so precious
