Working in a global company in the IT department with 5000 employees in our department alone. I work closely with trying to utilize AI to improve what we do. There's no way AI is taking over any of our jobs in the near future. You know what we worry about? Letting third party AI providers having access to our data. We have our own data centers, but it's not used for AI. And it's not worth purchasing massive new hardware for something we don't even know will work yet.
