This is just scare mongering as usual. AI will be decentralized, whether we like it or not. I have my own small model running in my computer. If you have a Tiny Box you can even have GPT-3.5 ish level models running without internet connection. Imagine 1 million people sharing 1 million gpts in a decentralized network on the blockchain.
