I agree that we shouldn't have the nag. No other car nags the parent who is turned around getting a toy that the kid in the back seat dropped. I had something get in my eye and I had to turn off FSD to take care of it when in reality that is THE time I needed FSD.
I think people harping on liability is really more about when "robotaxi" mode is actually here. Not even sending your car out, just you being strictly the passenger. When it's no longer supervised, liabilty is going to be interesting.
