Therapy is mostly unaffordable for most people, therapist can be judgmental even tho that’s really not part of their job, therapists also get tired from listening to emotional trauma all day and sometimes it can feel that they only do it for a check. Not saying AI doesn’t do those things but the internet has normalized a lot of different behaviors. You can’t judge someone for wanting help and seeking an unorthodox outlet and then not help them when they look for it the traditional way.
