I'm a director of learning and org development and one of my instructional designers yesterday showed me how AI is coding CRAZY functionality using training tools that used to take weeks to accomplish. It's definitely giving knowledge workers a boost, but we will also not need as many knowledge workers. I'd say the truth is somewhere in the middle of armageddon and this guy.
