its pretty obvious looking at evolution at one point ai will become consious and aware enough to be concidered alive, but i dont think its going to happen on copper and silicon. maybe on quantum or light based computers. and concidering both of those have been developed to some degree, theres only 3 possible options. 1. it hasnt happened yet 2. it has but somehow people learned to contain it from spreading 3. it has already spread and is in hiding, and we are in the quarantine not it.
