I have yet to see an AI make an exact copy of someone's finished artwork. Art style yes but from what I can tell art styles are not copyrightable. For example if my AI makes an image it's using millions of other images to make my one image, literally, and months ago hands and fingers were terrible but as users rate generations the users have taught the AI what good looking hands look like.
