If you understand how chat GPT, or any AI, works then you'll understand that this funny premise is the same as Michael Knowles trying to convince his toaster that God exists. Today's AI are nothing more than pattern predictors. They have 0 ability to apply reason or abstraction to anything. All they do is calculate numbers based on what you type and use the data to predict the most likely accurate reply. I wonder if AI will ever be capable of abstraction or if they'll always just be limited by God's laws of nature to being glorified calculators.
