At first, I was one of "them" who thought "that" artists/creators were just fearful and "crying ppl all the time". However, when I looked at the problem from the perspective of artists and creators(not only), I realized that something needs to be done. On the other hand, there are several challenges to consider: If you teach people how to draw, you also teach them your art style or at least a part of it. Naturally, your followers will copy your work, and these pictures can be used as data for machine training. So is this "picture" trained from your original inputs or from your students? The point is that in this age of A.I., there will always be someone who can recreate your art style and give it to a learning machine, and it will be hard to recognize "the origin." The idea that my work is unique is often overrated. As I mentioned above, people are copycats by nature, and your mastered art skills are the result of learning from another artist. So how unique is your art style? Or did you develop a different style? The more people who know your work, the greater the chance that someone will adopt the same or similar style as yours. It's just a matter of time, and this time gap can be shortened by machine learning. In conclusion, all companies using machine learning must be regulated or restricted in some way, or accept these facts and find another solution. The damage has already been done, and it is often impossible to "re-track" your "origin data."
