Consumers will boycott AI first companies, losing the effectiveness of moving to AI to begin with and causing a loss of reputation the likes of which would cripple the company. 2. ENERGY ISNT INFINITE! Even with Fusion Power which is 5+ years away estimates say replacing all workers with AI would use 10x the maximum energy Fusion Power could put out if spread across the world. Therefore, from an energy and maths perspective AI monopolization is a fantasy not grounded in reality at all. 3. The government would lose all income tax. 70 - 90% of every governments total revenue comes from Income Tax, worker shortages would destabilize the government and that's why governments are acting now to litigate AI replacements to ensure that governmental systems stay in place to support everyone. 4. Humans would become fundamentally dumber, making us susceptible to an AI invasion if AI becomes autonomous enough. WIth people not working jobs and engaging in leisure all day people's IQ's would massively drop in 10 - 20 years, rendering humanity unable to react to an AI invasion if a prompt goes south or AI gains actual emotion and thought towards humans. 5. Governments would regulate AI to act only for necessary purposes that ensure the safety of a nation to avoid energy over-expenditure and abusive use. AI use cases would include: Military strategy, Strategic partnership planning, Climate change initiatives, Medical assistance to help Doctors more accurately diagnose patients, Teaching tools to ensure teachers can focus on their students more increasing overall quality of learning and more. These 5 reasons are all backed up by statistical data and are why you shouldn't be worried about AI. Stuff that is all same old same old might get replaced over time which will create some job loss but to say hundreds of millions would be fired is an overexxageration as factually it is impossible.
