So interesting to watch and listen how this gathering is trying to regulate current AI models to behave like decent humans and to aknowledge core values that impact the world in a positive way. But! Artists: Should be paid each time someone replicates their work or makes use of it to create new materials. That's great, fans can benefit from your work and get some incentive by promoting your art in other artistic ways, basically to extented your creation. (Think of a cover for example) Now, what's funny is that the data owner and the content flux holder remains to be Open AI or other AI model from X company. Open AI will make tons of money! ....But! China said their AI respects the values (based on traditions BTW) of their country, so if all countries built an AI resembling the man of that specific country, in the future if things get out of hand, we will have AI Putin, AI Joe, AI president you name it seeing things from a conflictual point of view. There are more and more buts! From what I'm seeing AI companies just want to continue their work and this desire will allow tirants of the future to control the world even better...
