I am brown complexion and i live in a 90% white community and while i went jogging a police kept following me at 3 four blocks at the 4th block I took off my sunglasses and let him know that i know he’s following me, by pointing at him then at myself and then back at him and he took off and never came back.
And i told my wife that cop was probably using face recognition and my wife asked do they have that and I said probably.
And this confirms it.
