Based on what this man is saying, the one thing that will separate a bot/machine from a human is the knowledge that one day you, your mind, your experiences and memories will die. Humans die and they know this will happen. Machines will not die. Everything they think, potentially feel, experience can be transferred into another machine, an AI interface or some other neuro-existence. They basically will never die. Humans will. This is the one thing that bots/machine cannot replicate - the knowledge and the feeling that they are temporary.
